All staff are cleared through criminal background checks.

All staff have training in child development and education through obtaining CDA credentials, associate or bachelor degrees.  The director and lead preschool teacher have also completed master level coursework in the field of education.

All staff have current certifications in Infant, Child CPR and First Aid.
